Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Changing a light fitting is as welcome as a full rewire. Small jobs are usually booked within the week.
How long does a rewire take?
A typical three-bed house takes 5-10 working days depending on access and whether the property is occupied. We confirm the timescale in the quote.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Every notifiable job is certified and registered. Landlord EICRs are issued in the format your letting agent or insurer needs.
Do you install EV chargers?
Yes — home charger installs are an everyday job for us. They sit under our Renewables service, where you'll find the full details, V2G-ready options and the charger planner.
