The brief
What we walked into.
An open-plan layout with exposed brick and parquet leaves nowhere to hide cabling. Every circuit, pendant drop and media feed had to be planned before the finishes went in.

How it finished.
A finish the owners can't see our work in — which is the point. Power and light exactly where the design needed it, nothing surface-run.
What we did
- Lighting design — feature pendants, downlights and wall-panel lighting
- Kitchen island power and appliance circuits
- Media wall and games room wiring
- Dark-wall rooms lit without glare
- Certified and handed over with the finish intact
