Book a heat loss surveyOur assumptions — checked 12 July 2026
- Heat demand: 8,000 / 12,000 / 17,000 kWh a year by home size; SCOP 3.5 for a correctly sized system — which is why we do heat loss calculations first.
- Fuel rates: gas 6.4p, oil 6.8p, LPG 10.5p, electricity 26.11p per kWh (Ofgem cap Jul–Sep 2026).
- Boiler Upgrade Scheme runs to 31 Dec 2027; the EPC insulation condition was removed in April 2026.
