The old enclosures had rotted where they stood — live kit, open to the weather, on a site that couldn't stop running while we swapped it.

Controls the weather can't get into, an operation that never stopped, and a set of photos that show exactly the conditions we'll work in.
What we did
- Survey of the failed outdoor control positions
- New weatherproof control panels, built and labelled in-house
- Staged changeover to keep the site running
- Supplies re-run and re-terminated
- Full test in place — in the rain, as it happens
