Agricultural processing
The brief
What we walked into.
A working farm building, not a factory floor: the line had to be assembled, wired and proven in place, with controls robust enough for dust, weather and daily agricultural use.
The result
How it finished.
A line the site can run and maintain themselves — controls at hand height, stops where you'd want them, and wiring documented for whoever works on it next.
What we did
- Conveyor assembly and positioning supported on site
- Control panel built and wired — start/stop and speed control
- Emergency stops along the run
- Motor supplies and isolation
- Commissioned and proven under load
